The 305 Guesthouse is an amazing rest and relax venue, a breathtaking sunrise and a amazing view overlooking the beach, good food and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The 305 Team are very experienced and always available to help make your stay comfier.

A great secret gem with priceless views. Ian and the team operate a top notch establishment which caters for the entire family. This will not be our last visit. A midweek stay for leisure or a business trip,it does not matter. A one stop holiday destination that will have you planning your next stay at 305 Guesthouse before you depart.

I'm definitely coming back soon, without a doubt😭❤. Hosted my mom's birthday celebration here and it was beautiful. The location, the views and most importantly the warmth from the staff. Absolutely loved being here.

It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I as we celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary... 305 by far out did themselves, they made us feel soooo special with all added little touches... extremely friendly staff and beautiful clean rooms.... oooh and the massage from beauty @ 305 was amazing.... I will never ever forget that romantic picnic that was set up for us ❤❤❤❤❤ thank you

Location, place is in a really convenient location. The room exactly like the picture, beautiful view of the sea. Really good value for money.

Excellent service, clean and with personal attention to details. Owner is friendly and carrying. The staff very polite and going the extra mile. Jolene is spectacular in providing personal care and always there to assist in any request.

It's my absolute favourite place. Serene yet family friendly. You come for the view and stay because of the warm hospitality. I wish there were more 305s around.

Got to see dolphins from our room and watched the whales while having breakfast. Really an awesome experience. The rooms clean and quiet. Was only there for one night but felt like a week’s holiday.

Great place with incredibly friendly staff and the spectacular view of the ocean. There is also a spa perfect for relaxation and restaurant right on the premises.

First the place is clean and the location is superb . The service is excellent. It was so great to meet the owner who shared himself with the guests. If you want a view 305 is the place to indulge in . Finally the place is spacious and well kept . To all at 305 well done you set a excellant sample of serve . Keep up the good work
