Conveniently situated in front of the restaurant is a massive kids jungle gym, ensuring little ones stay entertained while you dine.

As a guest of 305 Guest House, you'll enjoy complimentary breakfast included in your accommodation price when you book direct. Additionally, in-house guests have the option to savor our delectable dinner offerings.

In-house Dinners are available to Guests. Place your orders at reception before 12pm Mondays to Saturdays.

Our venue offers the perfect setting for your gatherings, whether it's a birthday bash, baby shower, gender reveal, kids party or corporate event. With the soothing sounds of the ocean as your backdrop, you can relax and enjoy your special day.
As a venue, we offer the space and ambiance for your event, but additional services such as decor, extra tables, and chairs will need to be arranged separately.
Events must be booked in advance, so be sure to reach out to us at reception@305guesthouse.co.za to request our events documents and secure your date.
For added privacy and exclusivity, we have a dedicated lawn area available for your use.
Function hours in our coffee shop area are strictly from 7 am to 2 pm daily.
