Booking Terms

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified within 7 days or in case of no-show 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are arriving after 8pm at 305 Guest House, kindly note that you need to obtain access into our facility, via quoting your Booking Number (as provided by our Reception)  when ringing the intercom for entry into our facility. 

BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS

Please note that to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit and the proof of payment sent to accounts@305guesthouse.co.za, within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation invoice. Failure to do so will result in your booking automatically being cancelled off our system.  Kindly use the Booking number provided on the invoice confirmation as the deposit reference. IF NOT, YOUR PAYMENT WILL REMAIN UNALLOCATED AND YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Early check in: Charged at R150 per hour

Check-in time:  From 2pm – 10pm (check-in after 10pm by arrangement ONLY)

Check-out time: Before 10am

Late check-out: R200 per hour extra

Undeclared guests will be charged for at check-in.

Breakfast is excluded in the rate.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not Halaal certified.

All rooms are non-smoking.

We are NOT liquor licensed, but you may bring your own alcohol – fridge provided in room.


Honeymoon Package:

Additional R650 includes the following:

Bottle of Champagne
Bouquet of Flowers
Box of Chocolates
We use our most romantic décor to decorate your room to surprise your loved one on your day of arrival.

New Dinner Arrangement:

If you wish to order dinner from our set menu, please inform Reception before 12:00 noon. We are also able to assist with Mr Delivery orders at Reception.  Crockery & cutlery etc can be requested from Reception.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE/INDEMNITY

Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk. The Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. This disclaimer notice is prominently displayed throughout the property and is valid and automatically considered as accepted by guest/s entering the property.
